Derby Laces are warranted for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase from an authorized Derby Laces reseller. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials while using Derby Laces in accordance with typical skating activities. This warranty does not cover damage in conjunction with crashing during racing, practice, or social skating.
In order to make a valid warranty claim, the customer must present the laces and the original sales receipt to Best Laces, LLC (Best Laces) or an authorized reseller within the thirty (30) day warranty period. Best Laces will inspect the laces and determine if there is a valid defect in workmanship or materials and will repair or replace the lace. In the event that the original lace is replaced, the warranty period will terminate after thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.
This Limited Warranty does not apply to normal lace wear and tear, customized modifications, or damage due to abusive or unconventional treatment of the laces. Best Laces’s liability is limited to the warranty period noted above.
Limitations on Liability
BEST LACES, LLC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, OR STATUORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BEST LACES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Best Laces’s liability for any claim, loss, or liability arising from or connected with the laces shall in no case exceed the amounts paid to Best Laces for the purchase of the laces.
